I vinmarken høstes og sorteres alle druer manuelt, så kun druer i absolut topkvalitet finder vej til den færdige vin.  Vinen gærer frugtbevarende på temperaturstyret ståltank, inden minimum 24 måneder lang modning på luksuriøse franske egetræsfade.</span></span></p> <h2><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Om Lunadoro</span></span></strong></h2> <p><em><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Vingården Lunadoro er idyllisk beliggende i Valiano ved den historiske toscanske by Montepulciano. 12 af farmens perfekt beliggende 40 hektar er helliget vindyrkning med naturligt fokus på Sangiovese til Vino Nobile.  Terroiret er begunstiget af megen vind, som holder skimmelsvamp og råd på sikker afstand, og fremmer høsten af druer i topkvalitet. I 2006 satsede Lunadoros stort, da man hyrede lokale toparkitetekter og ingeniører til en omfattende renovering af vinieriet. Den ambitiøse investering har givet fornemt afkast i form af topanmeldte vine på stribe. Vinene fra winemaker Maurizio Saettini har aldrig stået skarpere.</span></span></em></p>
