En Cru Bourgeois med et strejf af Gran Cru Classé-klasse. Château Meuney ligger som nabo til det berømte Château Montrose og ikke langt fra Phelan Segur, så vi taler altså et terroir i absolut topklasse og vinene herfra er hvert år blandt de bedste køb i Saint-Estephe. Vinen laves hovedsageligt med Cabernet Sauvignon og Merlot, men har også et lækkert spicy touch af 10 % Petit Verdot, der ifølge vinmageren er helt i særklasse i årgang 2022. Niveauet er tårnhøjt og det er helt klart et en vin enhver Bordeaux-fan på jagt efter value for money bør købe.
