Med lommer så dybe som markernes grus (sine steder op til 8 meter!) har Bonnie på få år skærpet Malartic-Lagravière fra blød, forsømt mellemvare til en af Pessac-Léognans skarpeste stjerner.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Høstudbyttet er sænket, faciliteterne renoveret og ambitiøse fagfolk tilknyttet – fx. den ønologiske konsulent Michel Rolland.
