This Merlot-rich Bordeaux Supérieure is a fine example: dense purple-black in colour, with sweet, seductive black-cherry and elderberry scents and with a cascade of rich, exuberant fruits. Druerne høstes parcelvis, så al frugt ankommer til vineriet ved optimal modenhed. Mosten gærer på ståltank med frugtbevarende temperaturstyring, mens 3 til 5 ugers udblødning af drueskallerne mætter vinen med seriøs farve, smagskoncentration og struktur.
