Well delivered, has a style about this with definition and detail and above all really appealing acidity that gives lift and a lot of life. Should round out nicely offering lots of easy drinking appeal and unfussy enjoyment. 3.5pH. 3.7 g/L total acidity. Ageing for 12 months, 50% new barrels, 50% steel.
