Ejer er Brigitte Rullier-Loussert, som i 2002 overtog Ch. Dalem efter sin far, Michel Rullier. Slotsfacaden vender nærmest symbolsk mod Pomerol og St.-Émilion på modsatte bred af Isle-floden. Vinen Ch. Dalem er en fabelagtig Fronsac, der med snesevis af topratings hos de store anmeldere sagtens kan byde sine mere berømte naboappellationer op til dans.
