Vi har skaffet nogle få kældermodnede Magnumflasker fra historiens måske største årgang... 2010 (!)</p> <p>Højrebreddens bedste rødvinskøb? Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux ligger i direkte østlig forlængelse af St-Émillion. Trods samme kalkholdige jordbund og samme dominans af Merlot fremstår rødvinene alt for ofte anderledes rustikke end hos den berømte nabo. D’Aiguilhe er en vigtig undtagelse.</p> <p>Grevefamilien von Neipperg har siden overtagelsen i 1989 investeret en formue i genplantninger, restaureringer samt opførelse af et topmoderne, cirkulært vineri. Vinificeringen er blevet langt mere fintfølende end tidligere. Stephan von Neipperg er bevidst om at undgå overekstraherede, tanninbitre rødvine.
