In the background noble spices and fine toasting aroma. On the palate well balanced with ripe and almost sweet tannins, juicy fruit and elegant freshness. A wine with convincing length.”

Cru Bourgeois-klassificerede Clément-Pichon Haut-Médoc er i 2020-årgangen fremstillet på et blend af 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon og 5% Cabernet Franc, som høstes fra grusholdige og tætplantede parceller i det sydligste Haut-Médoc, nær Bordeaux by.

Vinen gærer med frugtbevarende tempraturstyring på ståltank, inden 12 måneders modning på 60% ståltank og 40% små franske barriquefade, heraf 57% helt nye.
