Dette stort anlagte 1300-tals slot tilhørte fra 1601 til 1880 Pichon-familien, kendt fra Pauillacs to berømte 2. Cru Classé-slotte. Da byggematadoren Clément Fayat i 1976 bliver ny ejer, er slottet dog navngivet Ch. de Parempuyre efter sin beliggenhed i en Bordeaux-forstad af samme navn. Fayat ønsker at bruge navnet Château Pichon, men ejeren fra Chateau Pichon Lalande svarer med et sagsanlæg, og som kompromis får slottet sit nuværende navn, Clément-Pichon.
