Forkælet med 12 måneder i barriquefade, heraf 40% helt nye.</span></p> <h2><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Om Château Cantemerle</span></span></strong></h2> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Chateau Cantemerle ligger omgivet af en naturskøn park i den sydlige del af Médoc, nær landsbyerne Macau og Ludon, og er en af de ældste ejendomme i Bordeaux. Slottets beplantninger dækker 92 ha, hvor Cabernet Sauvignon udgør størstedelen.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Gennem tiden har slottet tilhørt familierne Villenues og Dubos, men er nu blevet overtaget af det store forsikringsselskab SMABTP. Det varierede landskab og et unikt ’terroir’ er med til at skabe vine, der både er komplekse og elegante. Vinene fra Chateau Cantemerle lever til fulde op til deres status som 5.
